Together with the German Sport University Cologne, we developed the idea further and built the first functional prototypes.
We presented our concept at various startup competitions. The strong feedback and prize money helped us take the next steps in developing the shoe.
Sizeless received the EXIST scholarship. This support allowed us to dedicate ourselves full time to the project and welcome Louis, our shoe designer, to the team.
Alex and Leander first teamed up during an Open Innovation Challenge at On-Running. We pitched our size-adjustable shoe concept directly to the founder — and won. This marked the perfect starting point for everything that followed.
We partnered with a leading development team in Portugal, giving us access to top-tier factories and industry expertise to prototype and produce our shoes at the highest quality.
Our innovative size-adjustment technology is now patent pending.
